Vision and Objectives of Forte Leadership Solutions
The vision of Forte Leadership Solutions is that “all students have the capacity to become relevant ‘student educators’ and work to make the music room run more efficiently.”
Student Participants will:
1. Learn what the most important job of all student leaders is.
2. Learn what is expected of them as “student educators”.
3. Learn ways to handle challenging situations in class or rehearsals.
4. Develop a “Leadership Team” Frame of Mind.
5. Learn how to best utilize their talents and abilities to help YOU!
